Unlocking the true potential of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) requires measurement frameworks that make what’s abstract specific and tangible. This mission is all the more urgent now given the increasing institutional convergence on DPI as a catalyst for economic activity and social inclusion.
This community of practice (CoP) aims to bring together practitioners, researchers, and policymakers to collaboratively develop more nuanced, context-sensitive approaches to DPI assessment and evaluation.
Our Goals
The DPI Measurement CoP brings together the diverse stakeholder community around DPI to develop a common language and shared practices for effective measurement. At its core, the CoP seeks to:
- Strengthen collective expertise in DPI measurement through regular knowledge sharing
- Address key research questions relevant to building measurement frameworks for DPI assessment and evaluation
- Contribute to ongoing governance and research initiatives (including the Universal DPI Safeguards Working Group, G20 DEWG outputs, DPI Map)
Participation
Whether you’re a researcher, implementer or government stakeholder, we can learn from your insights on measurement.
How to participate?
- Access published resources on DPI measurement (see below)
- Submit a session proposal (Describe a topic you want to discuss, elaborating on why it’s relevant to the goals of this community. Use this 2-minute form.)
- Register for the DPI Map newsletter to receive updates on upcoming sessions
